By accessing or using the QuanChain website (quanchain.ai), testnet explorer, faucet, or any related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

QuanChain provides information about the QuanChain protocol, access to a public testnet explorer and faucet, developer documentation, and a launch application for presale participation and validator registration. The testnet is provided for testing purposes only and does not involve real monetary value.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services. By using the services, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these terms in your jurisdiction.

4. Testnet and Tokens

Testnet QCH tokens have no monetary value and are provided solely to facilitate testing of the QuanChain protocol. We reserve the right to reset the testnet at any time. Mainnet token distribution is subject to separate terms that will be published prior to the Token Generation Event.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Attempt to attack, disrupt, or degrade the QuanChain testnet or website
• Use automated tools to abuse the faucet beyond its stated rate limits
• Misrepresent affiliation with QuanChain
• Use our services for any unlawful purpose
• Scrape or harvest data in a manner that burdens our infrastructure

6. Intellectual Property

All content on quanchain.ai, including text, graphics, logos, and code, is the property of QuanChain or its licensors. Open-source components are governed by their respective licences. Nothing in these terms grants you rights to use the QuanChain name or brand without prior written consent.

7. Disclaimers

The services are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. QuanChain does not warrant that the website or testnet will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Nothing on this site constitutes financial or investment advice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, QuanChain and its contributors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the services.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will post the updated date at the top of this page.
